An open, clear and transparent procurement system has been created in the nuclear industry, with uniform rules for procurement procedures in the electronic bidding format. The procurement at "Rosatom Implantat" LLC is carried out in accordance with the Unified Industry Procurement Standard of the Rosatom State Corporation, approved by the Supervisory Board of the Rosatom State Corporation (Minutes No. 37 dated February 7, 2012).

The sectoral procurement system is based on six principles: compliance with the legislation and basic principles of business organization, high product quality specifications and optimum cost, transparency of activities, and the use of anti-corruption mechanisms.
